At FindNow, we believe in flexibility and transparency. You may cancel your subscription at any time without needing to provide a reason. Below you'll find details on how to cancel and how our refund process works.


How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your active plan at your convenience through one of the methods below:

Method 1: Account Dashboard

Sign in to your FindNow account, go to the Billing section (found in the upper-right corner), and click the Cancel Subscription button.

Method 2: Direct Cancellation Link

If you're unable to access your dashboard, use the dedicated cancellation form here to request manual cancellation.Once your request has been submitted and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the address associated with your account. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.


Refund Guidelines

We understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. While not all payments qualify, you may be eligible if the following criteria are met:

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

You canceled your plan before the end of your current billing cycle.

You did not use or access any part of our service during that billing period.

Please note that if the service was accessed in any way, a refund will not be issued in accordance with our fair-use and digital delivery policies.


Requesting a Refund

If you meet the above criteria, please email our support team within 14 days of your payment. Requests sent after this period may not be considered.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used, based on the actual price paid.Processing Time: Most credit/debit card refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after approval. If your refund hasn’t appeared by then, please follow up with your card provider for further assistance.


Haven’t Received Your Refund?

If your refund seems to be missing or delayed:

1. Check your transaction or bank statement again.

2. Allow 7–10 business days to pass since the approval confirmation.

3. Contact your card issuer to verify refund status.
